NOA ITALIAN AMARO NON-ALCOHOLIC

Tasting Note: Caramel, orange, cinnamon, chicory, coriander, fennel, star anise, gentian. Crafted like in the days when we took the time to do it right, our Italian Amaro is rooted in old-world tradition and inspired by Averna, a Sicilian spirit produced for generations. French chicory adds notes of coffee and cola, and our long orange maceration provides a clean, oily texture. In the backdrop, roasted spices bring notes of cinnamon and anise, supported by the bitterness of gentian.
