Tasting Note: This is a beautiful, pure Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs, crisp and tight with a strongly mineral character. On the dry side of brut it brings out perfumed apple and lime fruits along with an orange-zest tang.
Accolades: A powerhouse, with intense acidity and firm structure partnered with fine texture and flavors of yellow apple, apricot, verbena, ground ginger and crystallized honey. Stony minerality holds rein on the lightly chalky finish. Drink now through 2022. Tasted twice, with consistent notes.
